Journey To The Oasis
This reception area features a gold plated copula, stunning ornaments and a central fountain. Menz was approached to create a flock of birds gracing the water feature symbolising serenity in this privileged sanctuary. Three hundred porcelain birds were custom made and embellished with 10 carat golden wingtips. The delicate birds were made in a traditional porcelain factory using models, moulds and firing beds especially made for this project.
Each of the birds is a sculpture on its own, but accumulated inthis unique piece is a true treat for visitors invited into this space.
